Immediate need for a talented Space Planning Coordinator with experience in the Media Industry. This is a 6+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Universal City, CA. Please review the job description below.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Maintain office space data and floor plan information to ensure accuracy in Centerstone space management system.
  • Interface with AutoCAD engineers to update floor plan layouts in system.
  • Compile reports and metrics for executive dashboards
  • Provide various reports to CFO, Business Quality, and SVP Facilities for space planning purposes Perform regular audits and site surveys to ensure existing data is accurate and changes are captured Provide updates in space management system for billing, terminations, on boarding and office relocations for all Universal Studios Lot employees.
  • Interface with Studio Operations Finance and respective business units to update annual office space billing information
  • Build Billing hierarchies for all new billing codes
  • Prepare and distribute weekly move schedule
  • Should be highly organized person and able to handle heavy workload.
  • Extremely motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and ability to multitask.
  • Successful applicant must be detail-oriented self-started and have strong communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
