Job Summary

Main Objectives and Deliverables:

1. Call & Chat handling. 

  • Answers calls and chats requests to address customer concerns using the language of the assigned customer. 
  • Adheres to standing procedures in dealing with customers

2.  Account Training.

  • Attends training conducted to know Agent responsibilities, tools, and proper department to contact for escalations.
Area of expertise (Skills)

Prior work experience is not necessary but formal orientation is needed to enable the job incumbent to perform the job satisfactorily.

Proficiency in the required languange. 

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)

Fully bilingual written and spoken, English and Spanish.

Education
Bachelor Degree
