Job Description

Job Summary

Our team's mission is universal literacy. We believe we have the means and technology to significantly improve literacy through a speech-based reading tutor app for children.  As a Program & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution strategy to drive product awareness and adoption across Mexico & Brazil.  

Responsibilities:


● Strategy: Build and drive a holistic go-to-market strategy for leveraging cross-functional relationships (local marketing, PR, Policy, Legal, etc.) to deliver product adoption & user impact  
● Partnerships: Identity, prioritize and work with a varied set of partners including nonprofits, government, educational institutions, and local content creators to scale product
● Marketing: Localize creative assets and execute digital campaigns. Create KOF engagement plans and create success stories/impact narratives to share externally.   
● Project Management: Manage budgets and communicate the progress of product adoption internally to highlight key success metrics. Set up the processes and tracking for partner marketing. Ensure and maintain the quality of partner marketing activities.    

Minimum Qualifications

    
● BA/BSc. degree and relevant practical experience   
● 5+ years of work experience 
● Experience in business development or partnership management, digital marketing and project management at a technology company or in the education sector.   
● Experience managing projects through the complete life cycle with attention to detail  
● Strong knowledge of the SSA markets    

● Travel once a Quarter to Brazil
● Must speak Spanish and Portugese fluently and some English


Preferred qualifications   

 
● Experience in creating GTM strategy for products and drive adoption through offline and online channels  
● Experience with ongoing partner relationship management; ability to serve as an advocate for accounts internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues   
● Strong negotiator with a partnership approach; ability to represent the company in agreement discussions and structure terms to achieve strong ongoing partner alignment  
● Experience of having worked in partnership with governments / large NGOs  
● Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on specific contract language   
● Outstanding written and oral communication skills   
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and impeccable business judgment independently  
● Ability to localize creative assets and run digital campaigns 
● Ability to source and create impact stories from users 
● Excellent event management capabilities
