Job Purpose

The Operations Sales Manager role is responsible to lead a group of Account Executives for the client program. Lead through experience, invest time in supporting, teaching and developing the sales reps. Management of clients through an ethical and professional relationship. Convey program needs internally and with the client. Maintain motivation within the team, ensure targets are met and exceeded when possible, always with a high degree of Quality.

  • Be the Leader of a Sales Team consistent of Account Executives
  • Planning and execution of account plans to guarantee successful sales metrics achievement on a quarterly basis
  • Support Account Executives to tailor Media Plans for prospect clients
  • Meeting with potential clients to present client products and services. (Buddy and support for Account Executives)
  • Create and implement strategic plans to ensure the program meets training requirements
  • Support team efforts through Consultative Sales Model to guarantee client experience
  • Build long term relationships with key client teams
  • Focus on operational cadence metrics
  • Reporting of operational cadence WoW, MBR, QBR
  • Deliver the right behaviors through high attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Commit to achieving sales targets while delivering a high-quality service to customers that exceed client expectations and quality scoring measures.
  • Ensure team is prospecting high-value clients consistently
  • Pipeline Management
  • Reports creation based on account needs

  4. Pitch to Close Won conversion ratio
  5. Revenue generated


  • 8 to10 years of sales experience in the Ads, Media environment
  • Experience in selling digital media platforms
  • Established agency relationships
  • Detailed knowledge of our key business verticals (fast food, gas stations, retail, CPG, healthcare
  • Strong communication skills in delivering Sales pitches Account results, Program performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve pressing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly dynamic and resourceful
  • Have a proven track record in sales and marketing success
  • Managerial experience


  • Have the ability to keep accurate records of related data and other information that needs to be completed.
  • Time management skills in order to estimate the time and effort required to complete a task and be able to manage time effectively to meet all commitments.
  • Able to multitask and be comfortable with challenges and variety
  • Been able to complete reports, from the structural requirements.
  • Must be OK with frequent visits to prospects offices, the majority take place in client’s location 
  • Detail-oriented and very analytical


  • Have the ability to communicate important information with clarity and competence in the English language
  • Excellent listening skills in accurately receiving messages and promoting customer interaction.
  • Have the ability to build and establish strong customer relations with various clientele in a professional manner, C-Level.
  • Have the ability to respond to different levels of work-related pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Ability to convey results to team members, to support team needs and being able to escalate to the required parties
  • Been able to represent the brand during Pitch conversations with clients, during MBR and QBR reviews
  • Create loyalty to its company engaging the team in company events
  • Support personnel admin needs


  • Proficient in various computer systems and applications, SalesForce is nice to have.
  • Highly skilled in online marketing (digital marketing). Offline marketing channels such as TV, Radio, etc.
  • Proficient on Google suite products (Gmail, Hangouts, slides, etc)
  • Proficient in Mac products
  • Google Product Certifications is nice to have

Must have college degree related to Advertising, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
Must have between 8-10 years of sales experience, with background in marketing, public relations or equivalent preferential
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English language. (Advance English level: written, comprehension, reading and speaking)
