Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plans, schedules, implements and evaluates a program of individual and/or group activities based on the center/employee recommendations.
  • Promote, manage   Engagement Programs and other rewards & recognition activities.
  • Deploy, implement and coordinate engagement programs and site initiatives to ensure a positive and exciting environment in the company
  • Develop ideas or programs to enhance the overall work experience for all associates and improve morale, satisfaction, productivity and retentionInstructs, organizes or facilitates various social, recreational and fun activities and/or tournaments.
  • Maintains continual interaction with the employees.
  • Socializes with employees in public areas at all times.
  • Visits to common areas, lunch rooms, training rooms, or work stations at specified times to converse with as many employees as possible in the time allotted.
  • Attends all social events and activities and Welcomes everyone to provide introductions, collect invitations, socialize and coordinate the flow of the reception line.
  • Develops and maintains a pleasant and pleasing environment in the site.
  • May serve as master of ceremonies for activities.
  • Maintains and is responsible for the area where indoor activities are held (Activity Room).
  • Performs any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Although operating under the Fun@Work vertical, it's essential to when relevant to lend support for other Mission verticals i.e. Care, Give, Learn & Communicate.
  • Documents activity related information.
  • Develop monthly calendar of planned activities
  • Book venues
  • Schedules events
  • Conducts research
  • Maintains inventory of prize lockers, office supplies and consumable items utilized with recreation purposes.
  • Understands and oversees recreational activities expenses
  • Negotiate contracts and fees
  • High School or GED prefer a Bachelor's
