RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring all Licensed Representatives are properly certified, appointed and deemed ready to sell in a timely manner.

Skill Set Necessary:

  • Medicare Licensing and Appointment Experience Required.
  • Superior Organization Skills and Attention to Detail a Must.
  • Must be able to multi-task in fast paced time sensitive environment.
  • Experience working with Confidential Information.
  • Proficient Computer Skills. Experience with SIRCON Producer Manager a Plus.

 Qualifications: 

  • Preferred background in agent licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient with all aspects of Agent Life Cycle Onboarding, Licensing, Appointments, Affiliations, and Certifications.
  • A Notary Public License in your state is preferred
  • Intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks
