We are seeking an ACE team member to join our Rexel C&I team in Dallas, TX!

Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE)

Rexel USA’s Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) Leadership Program is a two-year intensive training program that provides graduates a fast track opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple areas of business within the Distribution industry. All assignments are a value-add for the business and developmental for the individual. Positions open to majors in Industrial Distribution, Sales, Supply Chain, and General Business Administration.

Rexel Holdings USA is the US presence of one of the world’s largest electrical distributors – Rexel. Comprised of several banners including Rexel Construction C&I, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, RES, Capitol Light, Platt, Parts Super Center, and Gexpro Services,  Rexel Holdings USA is approximately 4.5 billion dollars serving 3 main end markets: Industrial, Commercial and Residential. The Program is a 24-month program providing a unique hands-on opportunity to develop quality professionals. This is accomplished through a series of diverse assignments, projects, and classroom training.  Successful completion should lead to permanent placement in a key sales, project management, operations or procurement positions.

LOCATIONS: Positions are available in Austin, Dallas, Tulsa and Houston (additional locations included based on business needs).

  • Project Management

Education, Experience, and Knowledge

  • Candidates must possess the following: strong leadership experience, self-starter, mature, self-confident, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical abilities and problem- solving skills. In addition, preferred candidates are assertive, team players, creative, and mobile. Relevant internship/co-op experience preferred.   To be eligible Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation and all candidates need to understand that relocation is required both to complete the program as well as to achieve career success.
