We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Rexel team in Concord, NH!

As a Branch Manager, you support the mission and strategy of the branch by providing leadership, motivation, direction and training to the branch team to serve customers profitably.  

This Includes:
•    Define the branch mission and strategy
•    Responsible for daily branch operations 
•    Increase sales growth and customer profitability through P&L and account analysis
•    Meet or exceed total sales, net income and asset management targets
•    Knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors and competitors
•    Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships by providing superior customer service, conducting sales calls, and attending events
•    Grow skus
•    Train and develop sales people to achieve highest level of sales effectiveness
•    Monitor team and branch performance through inventory, AR, rebates, P&L, branch scorecard and account analysis
•    Responsible for daily branch operations 
•    Resolve customer concerns by responding quickly and responsibility; providing support to staff in dealing with difficult situations
•    Interview, hire, and train new team members
•    Ensure safe working conditions and safety procedures are followed.
•    Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring to Rexel:
•    Experience developing and implementing sales strategies in support of branch mission and goals
•    Ability to manage P&L operation
•    Ability to gain others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions
•    Demonstrated knowledge of wholesale electrical distribution industry 
•    Previous sales and operations experience in electrical distribution.
•    Examine trends in the industry and marketplace and develop plans to prepare for opportunities or problems
•    Notice and seize profitable business opportunities; proposes innovated business deals to potential customers.
•    Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to demonstrate interest, skill, and success in getting groups to learn and work together
•    Set clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against goals, provide feedback and address performance problems and issues promptly
•    Knowledge and ability to use Word, Outlook, Excel and ERP system such as Solar Eclipse
•    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and 2-4 years leadership experience preferred
•    In absence of a Bachelor’s degree, 6-8 years leadership required
