Job Description

We are seeking a Credit Specialist to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas, TX!


  • Prepare and research lien waiver requests
  • Maintain daily check log, distribute return mail & prepare outgoing mail.
  • Provide regular maintenance on all systems for changes to customers’ accounts.
  • Establish, monitor and maintain customer credit files.
  • Order D&B and other trade reports as needed.
  • Reconciliation of unapplied cash, chargeback/deduction resolution.
  • Assist customers with invoice copies, proof of deliveries, short paid invoices and credit card payments as needed.
  • Customer service and follow-up for a related entity.
  • Order releases for a related entity.
  • Project work and back up for other team members
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good listening skills.

Skills, Knowledge, and Education

  • High School diploma or GED, some college preferred.
  • Experience in working in a credit department preferably in the distribution industry.
  • Get Paid software and Oracle experience a plus.
