Robert Half are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant based in a fantastic, popular location within Birmingham City Centre. This interim position is an excellent opportunity to take a position within the City Centre, only a 15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street train station, with a competitive salary and great benefits!


This temporary Accounts Assistant role will require you to;

  • Take ownership and be in charge of maintaining the Purchase and Sales Ledger
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Organise and process daily and weekly payment runs
  • Raising Sales Invoices
  • Daily Banking Reconciliations
  • Cash collections and allocations


A great candidate will have;

  • Prior experience in an Accounting office
  • Ability to communicate effective with other teams
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Good knowledge of Excel (Vlookups/Pivots/Macros)

Salary & Benefits

This role is paying £12ph & Holiday on a pro rata basis

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
