Robert Half Financial Services are working with a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and management company based in central London in their search for an Accounts Receivable Junior Portfolio Administrator.

The role:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President - Finance, the Junior Portfolio Administrator ('JPA') provides an essential role in the administration of a residential rental building. The JPA is responsible for compiling and reporting all property related revenue and to act as a liaison between the site teams and corporate office for a portfolio of properties.

  • Issue monthly renewals in Yardi Voyager. Generate preliminary edit list, process changes and final list.
  • Input renewals adjustments to the tenant ledgers and load renewal form to the system.
  • Input charges for ancillary income to the tenant ledgers.
  • Process information for those residents moving out on Yardi and raise refund requests to accounts payable.
  • Process DD collections for a Portfolio of properties

Commercial

  • Liaise with site teams, and colleagues to ensure appropriate information is received, recorded and provided as requested both through regular monthly reports and ad hoc requests.

Administration

  • Adhere to business operating processes, systems and standards.

Team liaison

  • Ad hoc support to accounts and operations teams.
  • Work with operations team to provide feedback on implementation and refinement of new booking system.
  • Provide training to site teams when new procedures are implemented at properties and on a regular basis
  • Ensure site teams are following company policy as evidenced in accounts receivable processing.

Skills required:

To be considered for the position of an Accounts Receivable Junior Portfolio Administrator within the real estate investment and management company based in central London you must have:

  • At least 8 months working in an office environment
  • Organised, efficient, able to multi-task and work within priorities
  • Flexible and responsive to changing and evolving job requirements
  • Good IT skills and level of proficiency with Microsoft office systems software
  • Analytical and interpretive skills applicable to company policies
  • Strong communication skills

Salary and benefits:

The successful Accounts Assistant working with an international property investment and management group based in central London will be offered a competitive salary of £20-25,000 depending on experience.
