Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently working for a globally recognised company based in Reading who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This position is to ensure the effective and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes as well as managing supplier accounts, dealing with internal and external queries.

Key duties: - All general accounts payable clerk duties - Processing of purchase ledger invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, scanning processed invoices. - Large volume data processing - Data Input of figures and calculations - Query Investigation - Statement reconciliation - Dealing with internal and external queries - Ensuring invoices are paid promptly - Communication with Suppliers and colleagues

To be successful in this role you must: - Must have previous Accounts Payable Clerk experience - Previous finance background - Computer literate - Able to process large volumes of data - Ability to manage your workload - Ensure deadlines are met
