  • Obtain POs for applications
  • Reconcile POs against application submission and operational SAFE data
  • Instruct Operations to update SAFE where required
  • Submit applications with relevant backup data to billing on a timely basis.
  • Applications trackers maintained with status updates against jobs
  • Ensuring jobs which have been completed have the relevant documents in place required for billing
  • Preparation of certain applications for presentation to client and timely invoicing
  • Ensuring application reconciliations are completed on timely manner for billing
  • Reconcile manual billing files for billing (E.g. intercompany and cost plus)
  • Key contact for OTC billing team and Operations
  • Ensure billing data from SAP to SAFE is correct and done on a timely manner
  • Provide input files for revenue accruals
  • Ensure the following activities are delivered timely and accurately to reduce WIP and ensure accurate billing


The successful analyst should be bright, ambitious, driven and personable individual who can bring energy and fresh ideas to the team. This role is all about process improvement and driving the business forward so you should have the ability to think big and outside the box.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 + on-site parking + company benefits
