Business Development Manager - Manchester

Robert Half are exclusively parenting with a high growth technology business who have 25% market share in only their first 3 years in the UK. Following the internal promotion of their top performing Business Development Manager they are looking to hire a new Business Development Manager for their centrally located Manchester office.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Conduct software demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features
  • Following up on leads generating by the team
  • Generate, qualify and develop new business leads
  • Cold and Warm calling to prospective users
  • Booking and attending client meetings
  • Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Ensure all communication with New Business Opportunities is effective and in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and KPI's

In order to be considered for the role you will need;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactively work towards targets and KPI's
  • Customer-focused view and a 'common sense' approach to business
  • Ability to successfully close business

Salary and Benefits

  • £32k including car allowance estimated OTE £65k+ (Uncapped)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
