Role

The Corporate Actions Analyst for this Brokerage firm based in the city will be responsible for processing both mandatory and voluntary events across OTC derivatives, fixed income and equities. It will be an initial 6 months+ contract with a chance of extension.

Profile

The Asset Servicing Analyst for this Brokers based in the city will be required to deal with a multitude of events such as mergers, acquisitions, stock splits and dividends. The successful individual will ideally have 5yrs + experience and will be able to hit the ground running in a corporate actions team. They will be responsible for investigating reconciliations, coupons and proxy voting.

Salary & Benefits

The corporate actions position will offer anything between £35k - £45k for this 6 months FTC depending on experience.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
