Robert Half are working with a global financial services company to recruit for a corporate receptionist/concierge on a temporary to permanent basis, paying between £12-13p/h.

This role is looking for someone to start next week so please only apply if you are immediately available.

Role

  • Meeting room management
  • Client facing
  • Collecting clients form the reception area and directing them to the correct meeting room
  • Ensuring the clients visit is seamless
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Covering reception
  • Stock control of office supplies

Profile

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits

  • £12-13p/h depending on experience
  • Central location
  • Working for a global financial services company
  • Permanent position after approx 6 months working on a temporary basis
