Robert Half are recruiting for Customer Services Administrator to join a well-established business based in Castleford. In this varied role you will be tasked with providing high levels of customer service daily and will perform various administration tasks to support customer contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers of the business re their agreed service levels
  • Administering any changes to contracts and updating the in-house system
  • Account management
  • Processing of customer orders
  • Daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience of working within a customer service based role
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Must have good attention to detail

Salary:

£18,000k - £22,000k, plus additional benefits
