Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving team based in Avonmouth. The Customer Service Advisor will act as a liaison, provide service information and identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. This is a temporary to permanent role and you must be immediately available.

Main duties;

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills and attributes;

  • Previous customer service and complaint handling experience is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to multitask and prioritise work loads
  • Competent with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Work well under pressure
  • Confident liaising with customers and clients at all levels
