Customer Service Specialist

Robert Half Office Team are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a Fintech company based in London South Bank. This person must passionate about delivering excellent customer service, be hands-on and customer focused. This is a maternity cover, starting early November to September 2020. Customer Service Specialist Salary & Benefits

  • Salary between £12-15 p/h. (Dependent on experience)
  • Starting early November
  • Based: London in South Bank
  • Monday - Friday shift pattern between 8-6
  • Until September 2020

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Managing ticket and support ticket from company partners
  • Corresponding via email and telephone
  • Project coordination
  • End-end coordination of projects
  • Raise issues reported by customers
  • Approve complaints and process refunds when required
  • Resolve escalated customer inquires

Customer Service Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and able to pick up company products
  • Comfortable working remote employees
  • Language skills are a strong bonus
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
