Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for numerous Customer Service Advisors to join their well-esteemed client based in Gloucestershire.

This is a temporary position and will require an immediate start therefore you must be immediately available. This role will have a mixture of working from home and working from their office (with all social distancing and protective measures in place).

Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Answer customer and client's requests/issues via telephone or Web in a timely and professional manner ensuring a continuous high level of customer service.
  • Listen attentively and empathetically, able to deal with people's sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Use the internal system to accurately record and log the interactions and update necessary information.

You must have:

  • Experience working in a customer services facing role in a results-driven environment. You will be required to prove you have worked to targets and KPI's in a previous role.
  • Good communications skills with an impeccable and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
