Finance Administrative Assistant - Newmarket

Robert Half are excited to be working with a renowned rapidly expanding financial services provider who are looking for a finance administrative assistant to join their finance team.

Overview of role

Day to day duties of The Finance Administrative Assistant will include but not be limited to:

  • Take phone calls from clients and providers and to handle any incoming enquiries professionally and accordingly
  • Organise diaries for client meetings and members of the business
  • Organise emails daily and reply to any queries that may arise in a timely manner
  • Data entry - submit mortgage applications from application forms to the online systems
  • Manage a pipeline (tracking in progress applications, getting regular updates and following through to obtain and provide any outstanding requirements
  • Speak with clients to obtain documents and ensure that relevant measures are taken to ensure they are dealt with accordingly
  • Check commissions are received and mange administrative duties on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate Profile:

  • Experience working within a Mortgage Broker or Financial Services
  • Proficient in the use of email and Microsoft office to carry out daily tasks
  • The ability to prioritise and pick up Ad Hoc work where necessary
  • Background working in an administrative role already (desirable)
  • Able to demonstrate good telephone manner
  • Keen eye for detail when dealing with key clients
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, reliable and self-confident

The Role of Finance Administrative Assistant is Paying up to £22K with excellent benefits
