Our client, a leading Technology company are currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator into their growing team. This role will allow for future development paths within finance.

The business have gone through a period of growth due to winning new contracts with Blue Chip companies and now need to secure and grow the finance department. This is a great chance for someone with very basic finance experience to further develop that whilst reporting directly into a Qualified Accountant.

  • Sending Invoices & Statements by email and post
  • Posting and Allocating Cash
  • Contacting Customers by telephone and email
  • Preparation of Credit Notes for sign off
  • Processing Price Credits on the system
  • Logging of Debit Notes & keeping spreadsheets up to date
  • Using various Customer Portals for claims / disputes
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Weekly cheque banking / preparation
  • Receptionist duties
  • General administration
  • Scanning documents

Salary - £19,000 - £22,000

Holidays - 24 days + Bank Holidays

Matched pension

Hours - 9am - 5:30pm

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
