Robert Half are working in partnership with a well-respected retail brand going through a significant growth journey that is carving their way further into current markets and forging new opportunities across the globe. This role will be based near to Abingdon, Oxfordshire for a Financial Reporting Manager.

The salary for this role is circa £50,000 per annum.

The Financial Reporting Manager Role:

This role would suit somebody with financial reporting experience looking to progress further down this route in a growing business providing lots of opportunity for the future.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Deliver the monthly financial reporting packs
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Board presentations
  • Stock reconciliations and associated reporting
  • Balance sheet reporting including reconciliations and analysis
  • Prepare lead schedules for annual audit
  • Preparation of weekly sales reporting
  • Ad-hoc project work including systems


The successful Financial Reporting Manager profile will include:

  • Qualified by ACCA, ACA or CIMA
  • Confident preparing year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
  • Strong communicator to finance and non-finance
  • Experience of managing and developing people

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
