Robert Half Office Team are currently looking to recruit for a HR administrator to join a thriving organisation in East Bristol. The main role of the HR administrator will be to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief.

This is a temporary position.

Job Description;

  • Updating the HRIS and informing Payroll with regards to new starters, contract amendments, leavers, change of personal details as required.
  • Ensuring training agreements are in place for central functions employees before any training is undertaken or invoices are paid.
  • Dealing with central functions employee queries including holidays, logins, benefits, etc.
  • Taking up references for new starters and advising the line manager of any concerns.
  • Dealing with central functions leavers including confirmation of leaving letters, checking training agreements, calculating holidays and updating the HRIS and payroll.
  • Providing general administration support as required.
  • Monitor Medical Information from welcome pack and inform HR Manager accordingly.
  • Manage the administration process for probation periods and produce the necessary prompts and paperwork.
  • Produce reports on Trace based on operational needs.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience of previous HR administration
  • Proficient on all Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Full UK Driving licence
