OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to support a busy HR Business Partner is Swindon.

The role is temporary for 3 months however may have the potential to go permanent.

It's a great opportunity for anyone who wants a step into HR.

Key requirements:

    • Provide administrative assistance, managing records and including filing, scanning, archiving, document production and scheduling as necessary
    • Assist with general enquiries from employees and external stakeholders, escalating where required
    • Provide ad-hoc assistance to the wider Team as required, including light-touch diary management and document/report production

The salary will be paying up to £20,000.
