Role:

Supporting the head of HR with all HR related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Preparing HR documents. Eg, employee contracts, onboarding/off boarding, training schedules.
  • Assisting Payroll with employee information
  • Co-ordinating HR projects

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience with HR software (advantageous)
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office applications)
  • Knowledge of the labor laws
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience necessary
