Head of Client Connected Services (Senior Service Delivery Manager) - Leading Real Estate Firm - Central London

A key element of our offering is the technology and connectivity provided in our buildings. The Head of Client Connected Services is responsible for implementing and evolving the customer connectivity proposition across the portfolio, working with multiple technology partners and driving strategic thinking in this specialist field for the company.

This is a critical role for our business and one that offers plenty of progression as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Full commercial ownership of key 3rd party partnerships
  • Extensive external stakeholder management up to CXO level
  • Product and services roadmap in conjunction with key partners
  • P&L management for Client Connected Services
  • Joint marketing sign off for all connected services propositions
  • Customer satisfaction across all connected services and senior escalation point
  • Evolution of the connectivity strategy and partnership opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial management role
  • Experience working in long term partnerships with technical suppliers
  • Broad understanding of business grade connectivity products and services
  • Impeccable relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Self-starter comfortable managing a virtual team
  • Great communicator
  • Solid appreciation of great customer service

Location - Central London

Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 + 20-30% Annual Bonus & Benefits
