Role

Bookkeeping to include:

  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control

HR:

  • Maintaining employee files

Shipping to include:

  • Oversee the process and directing the flow of packages
  • Negotiating transportation rates
  • Identify shipping issues, liaising with sales team with shipping updates/possible delays with goods ordered

Facilities:

  • Manage office space and facilities
  • Build and maintain relationship with Main Reception/Security/Building Manager
  • Organising travel and accommodation

Procurement:

  • Negotiating prices with suppliers
  • Stock ordering

Office Management:

  • Organising meetings/conferences/staff training
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Attending monthly board meetings
  • Dealing with company/staff insurance policies

Profile

You will be an experienced Office Manager with experience in the fields above, primarily bookkeeping and procurement. You will be able to start on Monday 24th February

Salary & Benefits

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum, 6 month fixed term contract as a minimum, could potentially extend
