Robert Half Office Team are currently looking for an Invoicing Administrator to join a busy construction company based in Central Bristol. The Administrator will need strong attention to detail, accuracy when processing invoices and the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

Job Specification:

  • Collating and inputting invoice data for a range of contracts including Coop, Wagamamas and Mitchell and Butler whilst carrying out checks as required
  • Prepararion of monthly sales invoices; ensuring all invoices are reviewed for accurary and submitted in line with monthly deadlines
  • Ensuring that project invoicing is carried out in accordance with terms and conditions of contracts ad internal targets are met, along with timely resolution of commercial disputes or invoices queries
  • Data entry

Person Specification:

  • Experience of working within an administrative background
  • Experience of working with high volumes of invoices
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy
  • Proficient on all IT systems
