As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be part of the team providing the link between finance and the business ensuring all key financial data is highlighted and properly recorded.

Key deliverables:

  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and in-depth analysis of the cost base
  • Participating in monthly cost meetings with the COOs of various businesses to resolve queries and revise accruals
  • Monthly posting and reconciliation of the cost base accruals
  • Involvement in a range of strategic initiatives to support the CFO, developing better quality and more efficient management information whilst enhancing finance systems and processes

Your criteria:

To apply for the role of Junior Finance Business Partner to work for this investment management firm based in the City of London you must meet the following criteria:

  • Recent graduate from a respected university, ideally with a STEM related degree
  • Good A-Levels, ideally BBB as a minimum
  • 12-18 months experience in finance/bookkeeping
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels, both within finance and the business
  • Analytical skills required to review expense data
  • Proficient in Excel i.e. v lookups and pivot tables
