Microsoft Dynamics AX - Support Analyst

Minimum 2 years' experience

£250 Per Day

3 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Worked on Modules - General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Asset, Procurement, Product Info Managing, Human Resources. System Admin.
  • Provide 3rd line support and work closely with the Senior Functional Consultant.
  • Manage and lead the Helpdesk support team.
  • Conduct monthly survey and analyze the major/minor issues.
  • Configure and set up all major areas for above modules.
  • Work closely with the developers, system engineers and project manager.
  • Report bugs to Developers if any has been identified.
  • Organize helpdesk users with task in various fields.
  • QA and Staging Code testing prior deployment in production.
  • Full Regression testing before deployment.
  • Report any Department Manager's development requirement to the AX lead.
  • Set up basic configuration if any requested as of business needs if all above mentioned modules.
  • Training End user both on Rich Client and Enterprise Portal.
  • Using AOT Table
  • Set up Workflows on all above modules.
  • Provide daily trouble shooting task and assisting Management Accountant's.
  • Prepare training document for end users.
