Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a small finance business based in West London, Zone 3. This is a maternity contract and will require a candidate who is immediately available.

The Role :

  • PA duties supporting directors
  • Administration to support the office of 6 people
  • Credit control
  • Invoiving
  • Office Management including managing suppliers
  • HR elements including on boarding new starters and recruitment support
  • Supporting the finance manager on all Administration

Person Specification:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Experience in Invoicing
  • Proven track record of supporting a small office
  • Immediately
