Office Administrator

I am looking for an Office Administrator on an ongoing temporary assignment to join a tech start up business based in the City. Paying between £12-14p.h. Depending on experience, this person will be report into the Office Manager, as well as taking on any ad-hoc tasks.

Office Administrator duties:

  • Answering the phones
  • Data entry
  • Filling
  • Supporting the HR team with administration
  • Answering the phone
  • Arranging appointments
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when requested
  • Occasionally covering front reception

Office Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Personable and professional
  • Good team player
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Office Administrator package:

  • Paying between £12-14.p.h.
  • Temporary ongoing
  • Monday to Friday (9-5)
  • Central London - main station Embankment

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
