Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a finance firm the the West End. This is a permanent position supporting the finance team.

This role will suit someone who is looking to be in a support role long term.

The Role:

  • Administration support i.e. printing maps, preparing presentations & meeting preparation
  • Assisting in producing letters
  • Meet and greet for meetings
  • Preparing and clearing meeting rooms, making and serving teas and coffees for guests

  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate

The Person:

- Experience in a support position and supported a team before

- Experience working within the financial services industry

- Driven, enthusiastic and proactive
