Robert Half Office Team are currently looking for a professional, self-motivated and enthusiastic Office Manager for a growing business in Central Bristol. As Office Manager you will be happy to work on your own initiative and have a positive 'can do attitude' with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Your background will include successfully managing a busy office and experience supporting a senior management team.


As Office Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Providing support to senior members of staff, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Proactively engaging with Sales Representatives & Finance Department on a daily basis to ensure CRM system is always up to date and supporting general sales administration
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office including maintaining office supplies, preparing meeting rooms, coordinating staff events
  • Providing finance administration, including credit card statements reconciliation, employee expenses claims, and supplier payment runs
  • Maintaining existing and implementing new procedures, liaising with staff, monitoring absence, sick leave etc.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager/PA role
  • Ability to multi-task and use own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable experience of using an in-house CRM system
  • Approachable, adaptable and flexible
