Robert Half are currently working with a market leading and dynamic business based in Swindon who are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Role

You'll be working as part of a wider team of 7 playing a key part in the day to day running of the company and its people and payroll department.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing change requests such as maternity, paternity and any statutory payments, leavers, new starters, internal offers, changes in pay and hours and any changes to employment terms.
  • You will be updating the system on a daily basis, keeping personal files updated in line with GDPR
  • Administering letters and acting as a key point of contact to colleagues, managers and the external payroll partner to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of services.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a fast paced payroll environment
  • Ideally processed payroll for over 300 employees
  • The ability to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload effectively
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to create VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
  • Good communication skills

Salary & Benefits

This opportunity is earning up to £35,000 pa DOE and is working Monday to Friday. Benefits include on-site parking, enhanced pension and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
