About Client

Our client is a large independent accountancy practice based in Leeds City Centre looking for a Payroll Junior to join their team.

The role will suit a capable Payroll Junior administrator. The duties will include admin tasks at the beginning of the month when the practice is not as busy in payroll. If you are coming from

accountancy practice/payroll bureau background that would be ideal however the client would consider industry experience too.

About the role:

  • Processing multiple client payrolls
  • Dealing with SMP, SSP, and SPP
  • Preparing P11Ds
  • Dealing with HMRC on the client's behalf
  • Working with clients in order to meet auto-enrolment pension deadlines

About You

  • The role requires a confident approach with excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal staff and external agencies.
  • A good level of IT literacy is important; working knowledge of Moneysoft Payroll software and Sage 50
  • Organised
  • At least 1 year in payroll - (either practice, payroll bureau or industry)

  • Competitive Market Salary- Depending on experience
