Robert Half OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager to working in a boutique environment within Financial Services, ideal for a candidate that is looking to join a family office.

Previous experience working in a Personal Assistant / Office Management role is a must. This is a permanent position paying £28,000 to £35,000 per annum and is based in West London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and inbox management for the CIO
  • General administrative duties for both COO and CIO
  • Arranging international travel and accommodation
  • Database management and updating the database
  • Office management, stationary and kitchen orders, liaising with suppliers
  • Liaising with other parts of the business
  • Deal with all invoices, expenses
  • Be the first point of contact for the office


  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible
  • Trustworthy, honest, efficient, reliable, proactive with a flexible approach
