Robert Half are recruiting for a Scheduler / Planner to join a highly successful business based in Wakefield.


  • To manage & plan Engineers work schedules in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build relationships with Engineers and B2B Customers
  • Account Management
  • Ensure that works carried out are processed efficiently and effectively
  • Prioritised workloads and ensure the relevant departments receive the correct and up to date information
  • To ensure that works carried out are within the financial budget on a daily and weekly basis
  • Booking of equipment with suppliers
  • Requesting purchase orders and processing
  • Run weekly reports for managers using Excel
  • Ensure that the CRM system is up to date at all times
  • Work to strict SLA's


  • Previous Engineering Maintenance Planner or similar experience is essential
  • Must be a robust character with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to communicate confidentially at all levels is essential
  • Must be numerically minded with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment is essential
  • Must be proficient on all MS packages
  • A positive can do attitude , with a flexible approach is required

Salary Benefits £20,000 - £25,000k DOE, Plus free car parking & additional benefits
