Robert Half Financial Services are partnering with an Investment Management firm based in the City who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. As such, their finance team are in need of an Accounts Payable Assistant to help them with the purchase ledger and other accounting duties.


  • Invoice management & processing (Purchase Ledger)
  • Processing of employee expenses
  • To raise any concerns over expense payments immediately to line manager
  • Dealing with Supplier queries
  • Preparing and reviewing weekly BACS payment run
  • Expense analysis and review of vendor records
  • Ability to liaise with employees across our investment businesses
  • To constantly consider improvements to the efficiency & effectiveness of the role


  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Be self-motivated

Salary & Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 (+study support + benefits)
