Robert Half are proud to be engaged in an exclusive partnership with a rapidly expanding engineering firm in Bath recruiting a Purchase Ledger clerk to join the business asap on an initial temporary contract.

Our client have gone through a very successful few years and require an additional finance professional to join the business asap.

Working in formidable offices this role is not one to miss out on!

Role and responsibilities:

  • Daily supplier Invoice statement reconciliations
  • Resolve queries
  • Ensure correct authorisation obtained on invoices
  • Payment selection for Daily/weekly/monthly payment runs
  • Processing invoices by ensuring they are correctly matched to purchase orders or via expense lines by identifying correct coding as needed
  • Process supplier payments

Background and experience required:

  • AAT qualified
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Fantastic excel skills
