Robert Half are partnering with a highly respected manufacturing business based in Gloucester, we are currently looking for an immediately available Purchase Ledger to join the clients finance function on a Temporary basis.

We are looking for someone to assist with the maintenance of the Purchase Ledger on their financial accounting system, providing effective and efficient support to the finance team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-volume purchase ledger environment.

Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Duration: Temporary 2-3 months

Salary: £9 - £10 per hour

Location: Gloucester

Hours: Full time


  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Raising and Resolving invoice queries
  • Reconciliation of invoice statements
  • Month end supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing BACS runs
  • Ad hoc Admin

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in processing/entering invoices
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Software
  • Proactive team player
  • Excellent communication skills

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
