This role with involve:

  • Handling all telephone and email enquiries
  • First line customer support
  • Ordering couriers
  • Data entry
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Letter typing, printing and scanning documents
  • Ad hoc PA duties for 2 Directors and the Sales team
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Raising invoices

The successful candidate for this Reception/Administration role based in West London will:

  • Have experience working in an office environment
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Be highly motivated and able to manage workloads effectively
