Permanent opportunity for a talented, friendly, approachable Receptionist to join a leading firm. This role supports on Front of House as well as full Administration support for the team of 100.

The Role

- Receptionist duties

- Telephone answering

- Gate keeping

- Transferring to relevant department

- Administration duties

- Travel expenses for the wider team

- Supporting the HR team with organising, booking and liaising for employee training located in the UK.

Person Specification

- Proven track record working in a busy front of house position

- Solid administration experience

- Experience processing and managing expenses

- Confident with Microsoft office

- Professional and articulate
