Robert Half Finance and Accounting are actively recruiting for a temporary Reconciliations Clerk to support a well-established insurance business in Fleet. The role is being offered as a 6 month temporary assignment.

With onsite parking near Fleet town centre the business is looking to recruit a target driven Reconciliations Clerk that can demonstrate a can do attitude to join a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Bank, statement and supplier reconciliations.
  • Perform large volume client invoice and reconciliations.
  • Deal with supplier queries.
  • Bacs payments.
  • Liaise with business partners to ensure reconciling discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist with clearing a backlog whilst also keeping up to date with daily work.
  • Ad hoc duties.

Your Profile

The successful reconciliations clerk is likely to have had previous experience, specifically in dealing with high volume data reconciliations. Good Excel skills are required and you will be asked to complete a short Excel test prior to being put forward for the role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritise various tasks, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are necessities.

Salary and Benefits

£11-13 per hour, onsite parking.
