  • Competitor website reviews
  • Spotlight search support for sales teams
  • Local area research - mapping of new companies, competitor companies, lapsed clients for visit opportunity for sales
  • Identify Salesforce opportunities
  • Implement Salesforce data integrity weekly reviews
  • Act as primary support for Sales Consultants and other branch office personnel
  • Entering candidate information into Salesforce and complying to GDPR processes
  • Review CVs and reformat to UK approved format
  • Answer and respond to/route telephone enquiries as appropriate
  • Process timesheets and any other payroll related paperwork as well as respond to payroll requests/queries as necessary
  • Check divisional mailboxes and direct mail as appropriate
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Adhere to RH Compliance procedures and scan compliance paperwork daily for audit purposes to ensure all requirements are being met
  • General office administration - binding of documents for client meetings or interviews
  • Compile weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Use DocuSign for candidate registration process
  • Managing the month end process with accurate reporting
  • Maintain candidate filing and filing of client paperwork
  • Cover receptionist duties as required, which includes managing company in process, booking couriers and taxis, greeting visitors, coordinating candidate testing.
  • Call candidates/visitors to confirm branch appointments daily
  • Responsible for running divisional Candidate Management mailer programme
  • Conduct regular branch audits of workstations - working monitors, phones, printers, scanners etc.
  • POC for all basic branch I.T related issues liaise with IT/Corporate for all - WiFi, speed, connection, phone line etc. issues
  • Troubleshoot and provide basic first line support issues - password resets, printers not working, ShoreTel issues etc. Being the liaison with IT helpdesk where required
  • Become a Salesforce trained & accredited champion
  • Responsible for database cleansing projects and cycles on our Salesforce system
  • POC for technology roll outs
  • P1 Training for new hires (Salesforce, ShoreTel, S4B, Yammer, Outlook)
  • Salesforce refresher training and regular lunch & learn sessions for all staff
  • Supports usage/downloads RH Apps
  • Mobile phone device support
  • Workday support for new and existing hires on basic functionality
  • Other adhoc admin duties as required by the business

Profile

  • Commercially aware with experience and understanding of full sales and admin processes
  • Self-confident, enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a competitive team-driven environment
  • You'll need excellent planning skills and be able to multi-task as you work on different projects and support your colleagues
  • Personable and confident with strong communication skills both face-to-face and on the phone
  • Resilient and commercially minded, with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confident and highly motivated
  • Strong organisational skills including time management
  • Ability to assume responsibility and ownership of work
  • Adaptable under pressure
  • Preferably a Salesforce Champion or highly proficient user
  • Expert in prioritisation and time management
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with all types of personalities and levels of employees and maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with high-level managers and executives
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Leadership skills to make things happen
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Word and PowerPoint

Salary & Benefits

Salary £24k-£25k, 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
