Robert Half is recruiting a Revenue Manager for an exciting SaaS business from Silicon Valley.


This role will be a full-time position managing the Revenue function within the UK office. Primary responsibilities include managing the revenue contract deal desk review process for both the EMEA and APAC Sales teams by collaborating closely with the Legal and Sales Operation teams. The Revenue Manager will also support timely and complete recording of bookings, and will contribute to revenue forecasts, reporting and various metrics. This role will also work closely with the Global Finance and Accounting teams and will report to the Director of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Deal Desk to review quotes and/or customer agreements for proper revenue recognition
  • Partner and collaborate with the EMEA and APAC Sales teams, Sales Operations, and Legal department to ensure timely internal reviews and customer billings
  • Document T&Cs for non-standard revenue contracts
  • Review sales orders for completeness and accuracy to assist the AR team in the billing process
  • Contribute and provide input to bookings and revenue forecasts
  • Support revenue reporting initiatives (segmentation, cohort analysis, etc.)
  • Develop and document the Company's process and internal controls around deal desk review process.
  • Supporting system improvements/implementations including NetSuite, Vena FP&A tools, and SFDC integrations
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.


  • 5-8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition Standard (ASC 606/IFRS 15) a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Detailed oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong data compilation skills and good analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
