Robert Half Financial Services are working with an Wealth Management firm based in the City of London who are hiring a Sales Ledger Assistant to help with their accounts receivables duties plus other accounting tasks.

Role

  • Raising, coding and posting invoices to the sales ledgers
  • Maintaining the schedule of invoices to be raised
  • Other accounting duties including credit control, liaising with clients and internal relationship managers on any outstanding sales invoices
  • Covering other team members general duties, as arising, such as inputting purchase ledger invoices

  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Be self-motivated

Salary & Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 (+study support + benefits)
