A global financial services firm focused on fund administration are adding head count due to growth.

The role - Sales ledger focused assistant accountant for the fund administrator based in central London - zone one.

Working as part of an integral team preparing the accounts of the company and four other companies. The successful Sales Ledger will be aiding and assisting the Finance Manager to the following:-

  • Raising, coding and posting invoices to the sales ledgers
  • Ensure all invoices are signed off via appropriate authorisation
  • Setting up new clients
  • Assuring all corporate sales transactions are accurate
  • Credit control: liaising with outstanding clients and internal relationship managers on any outstanding sales invoices
  • Inputting purchase ledger invoices

Your profile:

To be considered for the role of Sales Ledger Clerk working for a leading global financial services company based in central London you must ideally meet the following:

  • Good Sales Ledger knowledge
  • Previous experience of high-volume invoices
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) is key
  • Able to work in a sociable but high paced environment
  • University Graduate or AAT studier


The successful Sales Ledger Clerk working for a leading global financial services firm based in central London, will be offered a salary of £26,00028,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
