Job Description

The HR Operations Analyst partners with field coworkers to ensure legal, human resources, and operational compliance. This person will work closely with the Legal and Human Resource departments and provide support, as needed. Additionally, this candidate will implement and support Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) as well as analyze and evaluate HR business requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.  The HR Operations Analyst will function as the internal subject matter expert for HR Data and systems, managing HR information and reporting, as necessary.

  • Analyze reports and branch operations to ensure compliance with company and legal/HR policy
  • Maintain and update documentation and training guides.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues to management in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Works effectively as a member of a team and independently.
  • Maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction while working on assigned projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Natural Alignment with the Company’s culture and core values
  • 2 – 5 years of HRIS Analyst experience
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite. Expert in Excel software.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
  • Ability to address and resolve all issues utilizing the available resources in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Extended working hours may be required as needed.
  • Ability to travel as required by project. 20% nationwide
  • Knowledge of IT applications, reporting platforms and HRIS, preferably UltiPro
  • BA/BS majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field
